#Broccoli doesn’t have to only be served in tiny tree form, people!
Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable which is in the Brassicaceae family - they all taste extra good when toasted a bit, get those browned crispy bits in your mouth... and heating these veggies also releases another level of nutrient goodness - yum!!!
In line with MasterChef season ten this year, @andyallen444 will bring 5 of his MasterChef mates from the competition to his open-air kitchen at @threeblueducks in Rosebery.On Wednesday 18 July, the group will join Andy to create an impressive 4-course feast including wood roasted cabbage with seaweed butter and whole BBQ lamb with charred herb salsa. The spread will be matched with wines from Torbreck and Quealy.
